I'm sorry that we can't keep your luggage because our office is only opening from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Thus, you can either ask to leave those at your hotel (if possible) and carry a small bag/ backpack for your trip OR you can carry them on the tour. Those can be left  on the car/ at the homestay.

I’m sorry that we now only offer tours in English.

Yes, our office is now based in 62 Vo Thi Sau St, Tan Dinh ward, District 1. If you are staying nearby, we are welcome to have you visit our office and be supported by your travel plan. However, it is not necessary for you to come to our office to book the tour. We currently take reservations via our website, email or by phone. We believe that email exchange is a more efficient way to communicate. If you are in Saigon and prefer talking than typing, feel free to dial (+84) 83439 1331 and have a pleasant chat with Ms. Trung, our Booking Manager.

We do not have a dress code for our tours however, dress standards are conservative throughout Asia, especially outside major cities. To respect this and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend modest clothing. This means clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Loose, lightweight, long clothing is both respectful and cool in the predominantly hot Asian climate.
Yes, we do accept solo travelers, but we'll need to match you up with other travelers who wish to take the tour on the same day as you. The tour is only guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 travelers.

The maximum group size of our tour is only 8 people. We do make exception for single large parties or cooperated group, please contact us beforehand so we can make necessary arrangements to ensure that you'll have the best experience!

We cycle mostly on flat concrete paths and small paved, rural roads. Anyone who can reasonably ride a bike can do this ride.
As long as we are provided prior notice, we can arrange alternative activities depends on each tour. Please send us an email to [email protected] to let us know your circumstances and will do everything in our power to ensure your needs are met. Please note, though, that in some destinations there may be limited or no options.
Our tours are pre-design tours which has fix times for departures. If you arrive later than the scheduled time, you will have to take a Private or Custom tour (depends on your schedule). Please email us at [email protected] and we'll work something out.
As long as we are provided prior notice, we can adapt the dishes on the tour to almost any kind of food restriction. Guests without food restrictions will be unaffected.
Drinking tap water isn't recommended in Vietnam. Although, bottled water is always available at restaurants, vendors or 24-hour shops, for environmental reasons, it’s advisable to avoid buying bottled water. Consider bringing your own water bottle to refill along the way. When unable to avoid bottled water it is better to buy the largest available and distribute into your smaller bottle for the day. It’s wise also to avoid ice in your drinks.

The seasons in Vietnam are a vary considerably from north to south, and within regions. There are roughly two different climates, the northern climate with four seasons and the tropical climate with only two: dry and wet In the south, the dry season lasts from December to the end of April. It is not raining much; the sky is clear and blue. From January to March, there is almost no rainfall at all. The north of Vietnam knows four seasons, rather than two. Winter is from December to February - it can be extremely cold in Hanoi and the mountainous regions, with overnight temperatures of 4°C and daytime highs between 10°C and 20°C. Summer is June to August - expect hot and humid conditions at this time, with temperatures averaging between 27°C to 30°C and high humidity.
Tipping isn't mandatory or customary in Vietnam, but a tip of spare change or another small amount would be appreciated by restaurants, drivers and other service workers, especially if the service has been particularly good. Please don't tip with coins, very small denomination notes, or dirty and ripped notes. This is regarded culturally as an insult.
I’m sorry to say that we only run tours on ground vehicles. We do include some cruising time on our Mekong Delta tours however. Waterways are not all to the Delta, there are also a lot to see on land.

Yes, we only offer free hotel pickup and drop off as long as your hotel is located in District 1,3 (some exclusions apply). We kindly request guests staying outside of our pickup areas to either meet us at Saigon Opera House in District 1 for the start of the tour.

We offer a new style of travel experience for those who want to get off the beaten path and really connect with a destination. Our tours to the Mekong Delta are designed to take a different direction to the typical tourist-routes which allows you to see more of the local areas to learn more about what daily life is like for the average Mekong person and in-depth perspectives into the Mekong residents' rural lives by staying with locals in their real homes to see how the locals live, work and eat. The tours include a great mix of exciting activities (boat trip, rowing boat, cycling, cooking, visiting local homes, workshops, markets... etc) WITHOUT shopping stops or tourist traps involved.

Feel like home is what to describe. Simple, basic but is sure to be a lasting memory of your tour. Our homestays are real local homes where you will stay with locals and see how the locals live, work and eat. Private room (is limited) or communal room or multi-share dormitory style. Each room at the homestay is provided Vietnamese mattress, bed sheet, blanket, mosquito net and fan. Bathrooms and toilets (western style) are shared.

Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.
Yes, we do offer airport pickup/drop-off on request. Pickup/drop-off outside of District 1 and airport transfers are subject to extra charges however. If you will be taking an international flight, you are supposed to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the departure (1 hour for domestic flight), while our tour only ends in the city center at about 5pm-5:30pm (depends on the traffic). You will also be hitting very heavy rush hour traffic at that time of day so it might takes from 45 minutes to more than 1 hour to arrive at the airport. We would recommend you book your flight a few hours behind the tour finish time which allow plenty of time to arrive early for your flight.   If you want to take the flight earlier than the tour finish time, you will have to take a Private or Custom tour as we will not be able to rush or shorten the tour for you out of consideration for our other guests.
It's possible to go to Phu Quoc after the tour because to the tour ends either in Ho Chi Minh City at around 5pm (default) or Can Tho at around 1pm where you can take a bus to Rach Gia (3 hours) and boat to Phu Quoc (2,5 hours). Please note that boat to Phu Quoc only starts twice per day at around 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM, which means you have to stay overnight in Rach Gia on the date of your tour finish.
Yes, I would caution however, there is usually only 1 flight per day. It happens sometimes that the flight is delayed or moved to the next day due (very common Can Tho). It is advised from our past guests that is better to go back to HCMC to take a fly from there.
Malaria is now under control in Vietnam so the risk of malaria is very low but dengue should be more of a concern which is common in Vietnam. Although Mekong Delta is NOT a malaria area and mosquitoes are only active at dusk and dawn, you should consider using insect repellent if you intend to take on the trip.
I’m sorry to say that we don’t offer car-and-driver rental services. Our drivers don’t speak English and do not specialize in customer care.
I'm sorry to say that we are not a travel agent or full service tour operator, so we cannot help you arrange your trip. We only specialize in small group, private and custom tours in Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels.

The weather in Vietnam can vary depending on which part of the country you are in. The Central region and some parts of the North currently receive bad weather such as monsoons, cyclones, and thunderstorms. Also, flooding sometimes occurs as a result of heavy rain. However, weather in the South has a distinct dry season (from November to April) and wet season (from May to October). During wet months, heavy and short downpours usually occur in mid-afternoon. Gratefully the rain showers usually are very short-lived and haven't affected our tours very much in the past few years.

In case, the bad weather occurs near our scheduled departure, we have the authority to cancel our tours to guarantee the safety of tourists. The following cancellation policy will be applied:

  • If the cancellation is informed before you leave for the tour, (you have not used any service yet) and we cannot find another date you wish to go on: 100% refund.
  • If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transportation, tour guide, homestay, boat etc). The fee of these services will be charged and we will refund the remaining amount.

In case you want to cancel the tour in the last minutes due to unpleasant weather BUT our tour still goes out with other clients, the following cancellation policy will be applied:

  • 30% cancellation fee for any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date since we have to book many services in advance.
  • 100% refunded for bookings that are canceled 24 hours prior to the departure.
Yes, most of our tours are children friendly! The minimum age and child policy will be included in the tour description, and children under five are typically free of charge.
For safety reasons, we do not provide small bikes for young children who are under 12 years of age, as local traffics behavior is quite different to that from the West or developed countries. Children are under 12 are required to sit on the back of the bike, baby seat for bicycle is provided.

If you are interested in booking a tour with us, we would recommend you doing so as early as possible to take advantage of our Early Bird Offer. Get great values at a better price when you book our tour(s) at least 3 months ahead of your departure date. Check out our latest travel offers here Although we do accept and welcome last minute bookings (subject to availability), there is no guarantee we will have anything available if you wait until the last minute to try to book.
