Since 2006, Ta Van Chu village has been part of the Mong ecological village model project approved by the Lao Cai provincial People's Committee. The village remains pristine, with few shops or overnight accommodations. Visitors can bring snacks and drinks for a day visit and rest in Bac Ha town.
This year, the Bac Ha White Plateau Festival - Spring Drunkenness is held from March 8 to 10, featuring activities such as traditional horse racing, Dao ethnic fire dancing, mountain climbing to conquer the mother-son peak, and the Bac Ha Temple festival.
